At Illumiflow, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your style, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
